Deposits
We collect a refundable deposit for every items, which will be fully refundable back to your card (which you make purchase with) within 7 days after your event upon checks of defect.
A partial amount will be collected in case of spoilage or defect incurred during event:-
(A) 100% full deposit – if item is beyond repair when a full replacement is needed.
(B) 50% deposit – cosmetic damages that does not affect the function of item.
(C) Cost of repair – restoration by 3rd party (with receipt) will be provided and deducted from deposit.
Refunds
Refunds are strictly NOT allowed once booking for rental items have been placed with payment. We will not entertain any event cancellation request nor any force majeure such as covid-19, earthquakes etc.
Postponement
Postpone of date is allowed if event is at least 5 days in advance and items not booked by other customers. Please WhatsApp us or email us for any postpone requests.
We reserve the rights to not entertain any last minute requests on dates changes as event details shall be considered final 7 days before event.
Change of Booking
We offer flexibility to upgrade amount of your items if items are available by default and is not booked by others.
For example:
Wedding with 200 guests invitation – You are sure 150 guests will attend, therefore you may place 150 chairs booking first in advance, and add-on another 50 chairs order from website when event date is closer.
However, you shall be clear with the risks of chairs being booked by another party for wedding on same date, and getting another alternative chairs (mixed) which might alter the aesthetics.
In this case, we shall gave you a coupon code that waives the transportation (lorry etc) costs as it is considered 1x single event setup that delivers together.
